You can request a return or exchange of the product(s) in case you are not satisfied with the purchase. Reverse pick-up will be done from our side wherever feasible. In extreme circumstances, you may be asked to send the products through a reliable courier if a reverse pickup facility is not available. You may also contact us at to arrange the process. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of the order placement. Please contact us via the contact form to request a cancellation. You will not be able to cancel the order by yourself on the website from your account.

For prepaid orders, users generally eligible for 100% refunds, if the cancellation request generated within the first 24 hours.

Please note that reserves the right to cancel any order without pre-confirming the customer at any time and may verify any order before shipping the same to the customer that may include having a verbal or written confirmation from the customer.

What are the conditions for returns/exchanges?

There are several conditions that are included in replacement policies.

  • If the product is eligible for a return, you may write to us via the contact section within 24 to 48 hours of delivery to request a return and replacement.
  • Only products that are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all their labels and tags completely intact, in the original packaging, and eligible for return only can be returned.
  • There are some items that are "Made to Order" or "Print on Demand" which are not eligible for returns nor refunds.
  • After the assessment of the case, we may conclude you are ineligible for a refund or replacement. Or, can process the item replacement, if it meets your expectations.
  • We cannot refund the following items: Rush Processing, Personalised Gift, or Messages Shipping Costs.
  • Regrettably, we cannot offer a refund unless the product is faulty or defective.
  • If returns are approved, then a refund will be processed, within a certain amount of days. In this case, we may deduct shipment charges and order processing fees from customers.
  • The customer will get a refund back on his/her credit/debit card. It will take 4-6 working days to receive credit back on the card once we issue a refund from our side. Please note that a refund will be approved and will take a while, a refund will be given only if the same item can not be exchanged.

After the assessment of your return case, we may transfer your case to our exchange unit. Please note that the items within the return window and in stock (exact same item) are only eligible for replacement. We only allow exchanges on items that are new and have not been worn or washed. A product that has been exchanged once cannot be exchanged again.

We try our best to pick up the product to be returned via our courier partners. In case we aren't able to find a courier partner that pickup from your location, then we request you to self-ship the product to the original shipping address via a courier partner of your choice. In this case, we reimburse the courier charges based on weight and RTO(Return To Origin) location.

Pack the item you wish to return in the original delivery package, please ensure that the product is unused and in the same condition as you received it and all the tags of the product are in place.

How long does it take to receive a refund for a canceled order or returned product?

We will process your refund within 3 business days in case of cancellation of an order. In case of returns, we will refund the money after the product has been received by our warehouse and post completion of quality check. Please note, this entire process may take 2 weeks after the return has been picked up.

Important Note

Do not return any product(s) before receiving a confirmation email from Royal Monk Customer Support for the same. In case you wish to return a product, reach us at within 24 hours of receiving the product. Once we verify the damage or manufacturing defect, our customer care team will email you with details on how to return the said product.

All shipping costs of returning the products to Royal Monk, over and above such amount paid by customers towards shipping charges while receiving the same from Royal Monk are to be borne by the customer entirely.

All products are to be returned to our warehouse in their original condition, original packaging, with the invoice and sealed carefully. Please return your order with the return label issued to you by the customer care team at the time of return confirmation.

The safe receipt of products by Royal Monk is the sole responsibility of the customer.

We shall examine the products returned by the customer for such defects/variations as complained by the customer, and ensure remedial steps are taken immediately.

In case it is found on examination of product/invoice/order receipt that the error has occurred due to the customer, then we shall make the necessary modifications/alternations at the cost of the customer.

Note: There might be duties/taxes applicable when you return items to us, so kindly do not ship anything back to us without writing to our customer care. We will not be liable to pay any duties/taxes arising due to return shipment.
